Order Cancellation

We sincerely hope that you never find yourself in a position of having to cancel your Sjoe Emporium order. Should you however, for whatever reason, need to action a cancellation of your order, please let us know as soon as possible, Sjoe Emporium is able to cancel your order, however, the following conditions and cancellation fees will apply:

 

If your order HAS NOT been dispatched yet: 

5.5% banking/handling fee of your order value will be deducted from your refund.

Plus

If you have placed an order under R500, have paid the additional R49.95/R149.95 delivery fee, and this order has NOT already been dispatched – we will cancel your order and refund you, inclusive of your delivery fee – less the banking/handling fee.

 

If you have placed an order over R500, and this order has NOT already been dispatched, we will cancel your order and refund your order value – less the banking/handling fee.

 

 

If your order HAS been dispatched: 

5.5% banking/handling fee of your order value will be deducted from your refund.

Plus

If you have placed an order under R500, have paid the R49.95/R149.95 delivery fee, and the order has been dispatched – we will cancel your order and refund you the order amount less the delivery fee, (This fee is retained in order to cover for courier charges.) – less the banking/handling fee.

If sent with SA Post Office, this is also dependent on being able to retrieve the order from the Post Office. If it has already been dispatched from SA Post Office, you would be required to receive and return the order, at your cost. Once received by Sjoe Emporium, we will process the balance of your refund.

 

If you have placed an order over R500 , and this order has already been dispatched, we will cancel your order and refund you the order amount less the R149.95 delivery fee, (This fee is retained in order to cover for courier charges.) – less the banking/handling fee.

 

If you have placed an incorrect order and would like to cancel or you would like to change your order, please contact us via our Contact Us page on our website or call us on 073 663 1815 immediately and we will notify you of the scenario applicable to your order based on the status of your order.
