  • Orders placed by means of Direct Bank Transfer/EFT will only be released once the transaction has been confirmed as approved and is reflective in the Sjoe Adult Retail Emporium’s bank account.
  • You can email your proof of payment to sales@sjoe-emporium.co.za

Please Note:  There may be various factors influencing when your payment reflects – such as: Your bank, time of purchase, (e.g. 11:30pm) weekends and public holidays. Please rest assured that your order will be processed immediately on confirmation.
